Pros

What a great company to work for! A salary in the car business is priceless! Commision scale is more than fair. 3 weeks vacation after 5 years. Many small perks along the way.. Christmas bonus, free lunch saturday and corporate managers to help follow up.

Cons

The only con is the hours. Late nights, but its something you accept when doing the job.

salary and commissions is a positive. 26,000$ a year plus commissions 150 a car

Cons

I was let go after 5 months with no notification. With increasing sales monthly and no real reason for being let go.
