Pros

Good company, good management, good pay structure, good product. Management actually cares about you as a person and your priorities. No slimey tactics you can actually sell with integrity and still make good money.

Cons

When it's slow it's really slow. Part of the pay plan has some specific circumstances where selling more can possibly make you less money. Need to avoid that. Hours are on par for the industry.

Base is very good. Great management Excellent inventory Honestly one of the best auto group to work for especially if you’re new to the industry

Cons

Long hours, but that is simply part of sales Only real Con I would say is if you’re a veteran auto sales it is different sales process than you will be used to.
