This is one of the better companies I’ve ever worked for in my 20+ years as a technician. From top to bottom Autolenders truly operates as a family. I’ve been here for almost 2 years now and i couldn’t be happier

Pros

Auto Lenders has grown consistently over my career and I have as well. They are built on hard work and passion. If you work hard, you will reap the rewards. Me personally, that is all I ever wanted in a career.

Cons

Like almost all sales jobs, it's a grind. You have to work hard and compete everyday if you really want to be successful. The rewards are there but nothing is given.

Auto Lenders has been an amazing company to work for. While I haven't been here for that long, I've gained lots of knowledge and have been able to transition into multiple roles. The opportunity for growth is constant, the company culture is great, and the employees are some of the best.
