There is many reason this is a great place to work but my favorite is that Hard work pays off here at Auto Lenders! My favorite thing about this company is they grow from the inside and allow employees the Opportunity to earn promotions

Pros

AutoLenders provides full benefits, paid vacation, and a great team atmosphere. There is plenty of room for growth if you put the work in. Their is no ceiling on how much you can make if you are a hard worker!

Cons

Typically work more than 40 hours however, in the car business this is standard practice. Compared to other dealers out there the hours are great.

Pros

Once a small family owned company, now a swiftly growing corporate conglomerate. Management and ownership are heavily involved and aware of the current happenings across all companies and locations. There are endless opportunities for personal and professional growth with this company growing the way that it is. There are annual reviews that can result in salary increases and holiday bonuses based on performance. Working here was a great experience overall due to the opportunities that were available for me to learn and grow each day. My direct supervisors were always available and worked hard to create a culture of support and inclusion. Every day is different than the last! Truly, the time to get in here is now!!!

Cons

Benefits and compensation are fair but definitely could be better, but the company is still growing so there is always time for these things to change. Not all departments are always on the same page or treated exactly the same.
