      Pros

      Management is very friendly and supportive. Good hourly rate for an Intern. Offered a full time position when the internship ended.

      Cons

      Can be very mundane and boring work. Co workers aren't very motivated. Some employees showed up late and or would sleep during the day.

      Conservative company. Management is always accessible, the CEO is very personable and knows you by name. Great benefits.

      Not enough money offered to associates. Barely make ends meet.
