      Good Benefits. No layoffs. For some flexible hours

      Cons

      If you are over age forget advancement. Under 30, you have it made. Management not quite honest with associates.

      Pros

      Pensions are good. Schedule makes it so you only work 37.5 hours per week. If the company has a good year bonuses get paid.

      Cons

      The culture is so old-school it will make you want to pull your hair out. Still have to get dressed in business formal everyday. Company comes off very cheap, and I mean that in the bad way.

      Pros

      Stable, pension, profit sharing, christmas bonus, opportunities for advancement, flex time, they do NOT fire anybody.

      Cons

      Reluctant to change with the times. Extremely dull work environment. Complacent management and employees. Management does not hold associates accountable, which leads to resentment. Salaries a bit low. Bonus program structure has nothing to due with performance, but years of experience. Promote individuals that have no clue how to lead people. Upper management being friends with employees they directly oversee....this is such a bad practice.
