Pros

Solid benefits including pension after 5 years, nice and knowledgable colleagues. Thorough training, no quotas, but same day first contact expected. They’re very proud they’ve never done layoffs before.

Cons

The workload will overwhelm you. Totally underpaid. Of some larger insurance carriers, they are at the bottom of the spectrum regarding pay. They are extremely slow to change and technologically about 10-15 years behind everyone. Request for pay raises take at least two months.

My co workers were the only decent part of going to the office.

Cons

Management is awful. Claims load is unmanageable. Guidance is left to trial by fire and figure it out on your own.
