Pros

It was an experience that made me realize how terrible this company is with their adjusters and entry level employees. I learned a valuable lesson.

Cons

Over 130 minimum claims of all kinds per 1 adjuster, minimum, a coworker has over 400. Health of coworker’s around own health is poor. High stress levels. You are expected to do your work with minimal help and training. Management changes often, high turnover over rate. You might end up training your manager. You might see 5-6 managers change in a year’s time. Managers are Always too busy in meeting to be of help and take a lot of time off. Working over your hours is expected to keep up, not in management. Asking for help or asking questions is met with you being a problem. My boss has been dishonest about help our team was going to get. Experience doesn’t matter for them.
