Good start to the insurance industry and you get an 6-20 adjuster license.

Cons

Old boys club vibes, a lot of unpaid overtime expected to handle workload, learn to shake hands with an iron fist in a velvet glove with claimants, and you gotta learn politics to succeed and go to home offices for growth opportunities

The management and supervisors are wonderful.

Cons

Workload was a lot for what they paid. They advertise profit sharing but don’t actually pay it to their employees.
