      The raises are 0-2% They do not pay according to the industry standard. We are so underpaid and undervalued Inflation is happening and they are not addressing it with a salary increase They are slow to get up to date in comparison to the competitors They harp on the fact that they are not a numbers based company to counter the fact that the compensation is horrible They try to validate the pay by stating that they provide us with a pension. Pension is not helping us live day . Some of us have to get a 2nd job just to survive Now they want us to come back in the office and gas is almost $4 a gallon We are going on strike in the Lakeland claims office at the end of this month If pay is not increased . We are tired of it. PUT A NUMBER ON HOW MUCH YOU VALUE US!

      Excellent Starter Company

      Pros

      Will train you for your job, with little/none pre-req knowledge. People are the friendliest you ever will work with. 37.5 hour work week. 1 hr lunch. Willing to teach and train, along with giving other opportunities in the company to avoid burnout/increase personal knowledge.

      Cons

      Lower pay than industry. Company cares more about being at your desk than the quality of work, though individual teams may differ slightly. Strict dress code
