-Some great coworkers -Work/life balance is good -good to get training and leave

Cons

-Management is poor. Young mgmt that is unable to lead. -Constant turnover. -pay is low -Older underwriters act more like your boss than mgmt.

Good first job, morale and personnel turnover problems

Okay, not great salary. Low expectations, stable job with no risk of layoffs

Cons

Need to stick around for long-term benefits. Lower than average pay for your job market. Move back to in-office work from remote has caused turnover issues and employee malcontent.
