      It's a job. Good medical, dental and vision benefits.

      Overworked. Underpaid. Lack of recognition of hard work. Will burn out quickly because of workload and lack of feeling like management cares.

      Good for experience, low salaries

      Pros

      I haven't had any negative experiences, but I do feel underpaid for the experience and education I have. Since I have very minimal experience I've been learning a lot, but just stay for the experience and hop somewhere else once you get it.
