      Pros

      For the most part everyone is extremely friendly, very easy to speak with superiors if ever necessary. Family culture, great management. They are flexible with schedules depending on what you need.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average for all positions. Systems are super outdated, very slow to make changes.
