      Pros

      -flexible schedule -good upper management. No micromanaging from my immediate superiors -generous PTO/good work-life balance -stable company-no layoffs -opportunity for growth/promotions -not a lot of people can say they love their job/company they work for but I truly do.

      Cons

      Pay is a little under industry standard. Work from home isn’t an option (as of yet.. there is talk they will implement some sort of program)

      Pros

      - Predictable work hours (little to no nights or weekends) - Never any layoffs - 7.5 hour work days

      Cons

      - Favoritism is abundant. - It is virtually impossible to get ahead financially. "Raises" are typically only inflation. - In most positions, you will be treated like a Kindergartener. The micro-managing is strong. You must be at your desk ready to work at a set time and you have specified lunch hours. - There is a very clear lack of transparency. - Very slow to adapt (ex: dress code, working remotely) - You are evaluated by every numerical metric possible. - Advancement opportunities will be very limited unless you are relocatable. - Very unhealthy office politics
