      Pros

      -Bonuses/pension/benefits are excellent -Core Values are not only preached, but lived out (for the most part) -opportunity to advance if you’re willing to move to HO -coworkers are good people that want to do well in their jobs -management can make or break you, but a good manager is fantastic to work for -most managers want to see their employees succeed in their careers

      Cons

      -Low salary for the industry -work load is literally not possible (depending on location, some branches apparently aren’t that busy) -extremely high expectations, no understanding of quality v quantity or work/life balance -expectation to be married to the company first if you want to go into upper management

      They will hire you with no experience right out of college. One of the few companies with a pension still.

      Cons

      Micromanaging is an issue. You lack proper authority to do your job well.
