- Pension - 7.5 hr workday - flexible work from home program - family first mentality - Business casual dress code - co-workers are great people - designated benefit dollars to use towards benefits in addition to your salary - reimburse half of your gym membership - Ongoing Diversity and Inclusion programs

Cons

- wish they had a longer paternity leave (currently 10 work days) - changes can be slow companywide because of the size
