      You are not guaranteed any days from home. It is more of a treat if you are doing well and can be taken away if management needs to see improvement in certain areas.

The workload is reasonable and well-balanced, which makes it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance without constant stress. What really stands out is how friendly and welcoming everyone is — from day one, coworkers go out of their way to help and make you feel like part of the team.
