Pros

Management here is understanding flexible and full of knowledge and help. Best manager I've had. All branches are different depending on the manager and how they are run- could add positively or negatively to the employee and worker outlook and overall stress or satisfaction

Cons

Busy from overload of work, stress from irate people complaining. Don't get to change positions or move around. Stark office, nothing fun, no office activities or engagement of employees outside of doing the work

Cons

Can seem stiff sometimes. I have also noticed that some people get left on the sidelines for one reason or another that I haven't put my finger on... Which can and has lead to good workers leaving the company.

Cons

Being isolated from events happening at home office, management not encouraging us to participate in home office functions if it meant we had to leave our facility and stop working.
