      Besides Below Average Salary, Great Place to Work

      Great People/environment (can vary depending on department) Good Friday off You get to leave your work at work No one expects you to work OT unless its absolutely needed Transfers are normal and celebrated for the most part Pension 401k matching almost immediately

      Salary A little bit stuffy environment at times Does not take risks/ waits a very long time before updating technology

      Most of management cares and tends to "do what is right." There were a lot of good and helpful people. Even when the environment did not seem friendly the people were.

      Cons

      The company is way behind the technological curve and could provide much more in this area to help individuals do their jobs.
