      -Very friendly and welcoming company culture -Provides great flexibility for student interns -Interns are paid very competitively; part-time interns eligible to receive a small Christmas bonus -Managers are extremely focused on finding future opportunities for their interns

      -Based on internship experience, there are no cons. Home Office is very large with employees, so notice it may feel busy or congested in the halls.
