      Overall great product, not a flexible employer to work for

      Pros

      The company's overall product is great, and their agency partners are great to work with.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement unless you want to pursue commercial lines or move to Lansing, MI. The pay also wasn't competitive with other insurance companies, and there was no flexibility in schedules or working from home.
