Everyone is very family oriented and friendly for such a large carrier. Management is always easy to speak with.

Cons

Only con would be pay, significantly underpaid which does lead to turn over issues with experienced underwriters

Fully funded pension Matching 401k up to a certain % Nice offices Most managers in IT are great Only promote from within Great training and onboarding mentorship process Work from home for most of IT Flexible work hours. 37.5 hour work week Company is charitable and very sustainable

Cons

Pay is lacking for industry - profit sharing and Christmas bonus makes up for that
