      Lost their way

      Pros

      - Pension - 37.5 hour work week - Middle management listens

      Cons

      - Upper management is out of touch with reality. - Management makes decisions based on feelings instead of data. - WFH keeps getting reduced without data to prove it should be. - Pay is lower than it should be. - Upper management doesn't listen to widespread issues. - They push ideas without having information to back it up.

      Quality coworkers. Bonus, when profitable.

      Cons

      Behind the times with remote work. Required to live in certain cities to be considered for certain positions or promotions. They lose talent to other companies and then hire college graduates.
