Coworkers are awesome and benefits were competitve

Cons

They makd you "handle" over 300 claims at a time. No one can actually handle claims when there is this much work.

I have met some of the nicest co-workers. If you get the right manager, they are very supportive and help you become a better and more knowledgeable employee.

Cons

If you have the wrong manager, you will languish in a dead-end position with no hope of role/title promotion or learning something new or additional.
