Culture has shifted from a family style to a cooperation where profits are the only concern. The higher ups preach their beliefs but don't bide by them.

Sweat Shop with unrealistic management

Stable company with plenty of work to do.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. We are expected to do 12-14 hours worth of work in 8 hours. management will step over a dollar to pick up a dime. We are back up and overpaying claims just to get them off our desks. most of us have over 150 pending claims and that is not manageable when we are expected to inspect them all fill out requests and attend mandatory meetings.

Cons

Too many. Culture allows for harassment and discrimination. Financial performance poor and no longer paying bonuses. Salary was already insultingly low.
