Pros

Cafeteria is great. Bonuses are pretty good.

Cons

Management and salary. They have lower salaries than other companies in the area. When the issue gets brought up, they tell you to think of the bonuses as part of your salary. They'll also mention how you shouldn't expect bonuses and they are just bonuses, not part of your salary. Apparently it's just an easy diversion to get employees to drop the problem of less competitive pay. Management lets certain workers slack (one employee in my area would often take naps), while being extremely strict on others. They rely on those with good work ethic to carry the department while some of the others slack off. The lazy workers get transferred around instead of being fired. Slowly working their way into middle management, and the cycle continues.

Pros

-Job security - nobody has ever been laid off, and firings are extremely rare. -benefits are average to slightly above average

Cons

-extremely low pay -abusive manager -Promotions are rarely based on merit. Getting into management is solely a popularity contest. -culture of secrecy - "honesty" is a core value, but one rarely displayed by upper management -extreme lack of diversity -poor work/life balance - you're told the pay is below market because "it's only a 37.5 hour week" but you're often forced into unpaid overtime

Pros

The company has a good benefits package, the people are nice, and management is responsive. They are quick to promote from within. It’s a good place to work with good opportunities but they are just a little behind the times with pay and WFH.

Cons

Their “culture” feels meant to keep you there until you’re too far into it to leave. The salary is below average but as you accrue years your bonuses and time off improve. Overall they underpay and if you work too hard you can get stuck in your position while other people who have been there longer are making more money doing less. They’ve been good with the pandemic but haven’t really listened to their associates as far as offering work from home.
