      Pros

      Generally get a Christmas bonus as well as profit sharing. Company pays for continuing education in insurance and gives you a bonus once you complete the designation.

      Cons

      A little old fashioned; will say that continuing education is favorably booked upon in the company & leads to promotions, but don't promote those who complete said education & go above & beyond the requirements of their position.

      No matter how poor your performance is, you still get the same raises & promotions as everyone else.

      Cons

      No matter how great your performance is, you still get the same raises & promotions as everyone else. Pay is well below industry standard, even when accounting for the pension, 401k, and benefits.
