      It has been a good company to work for, and seems to be trying to get caught up with current workplace trends.

      Pros

      Very nice people who generally seem to be interested and caring towards the employees. Had been great to work there so far.

      Cons

      They do not have any pay advantages for performance. You will get a very positive performance review, then get the same raise as someone that only meets minimum requirements.
