      * Good work-life balance. * No history of lay-offs, so employment is pretty secure. * Co-workers are supportive

      Cons

      * No Primary WFH, Hybrid only (for now) * Upper Management seems to be out of touch with employees

      It’s just ok

      -Some great coworkers -Work/life balance is good -good to get training and leave

      Cons

      -Management is poor. Young mgmt that is unable to lead. -Constant turnover. -pay is low -Older underwriters act more like your boss than mgmt.
