      Poor decisions from upper management

      Pros

      There's a fully funded pension offered after 5 years. Middle management is supportive and let's people work on things they want to work on. Work life balance is generally good (as long as upper management isn't canceling contracts without adequate time to ensure new systems are in place).

      Cons

      Upper management frequently makes decisions that make developers lives worse. They often force OT to make up for their poor planning, and they blatantly lied about not forcing people back into the office.

      Fair yearly raises, promotion from within.

      Cons

      Would like to see training more in depth. Very quick on that but overall very resourceful company!
