      Pros

      Low level management is incredibly supportive and does their best to acknowledge that senior leadership is making decisions without considering consequences.

      Cons

      They essentially ended the WFH program without any type of notice.

      Pros

      Good coworkers. Decent benefits. The hours are good. Lower management is great.

      Cons

      Failure to keep up with inflation and modern pay expectations. Doesn’t seem like the concerns of the associates reach upper management, or upper management doesn’t care.
