Poor benefits, non competitive salary, very small annual raises. If you stay with the company for several years your pay will slip below new hires and those who leave and come back even if you have excellent reviews and relationships.

You won't get more than 2.5% raise every year. Thats less than a third of what inflation was this past year. They sell you on the pension plan but realistically it's just an excuse to pay you way less than the market average.
