Pros

There is Profit Sharing, a Christmas Bonus, and there are good benefits.

Cons

You have to know someone to move up the ladder, you don't move up based on your hard work or experience. There is a constant dangling of the carrot to motivate employees to give more and more, but it only comes to fruition for those who know the right person. Also, it's almost impossible to move departments because the company does not post openings internally. It seems to be a secret society among the elite, it's a caste system. Also, people in low positions are treated indifferently or poorly, like they don't matter.

-Great Benefits -Incentive Bonus/Christmas Bonus was a plus -Fun staff for the most part

Cons

-Below average pay for industry/college graduates -No chance for advancement unless you relocate ( I was promoted while with the company and was completely maxed out after only 2 years as my branch) -One of their core values is opportunity, yet they will choose to hire outside of the company instead of within when politics is involved. (I witnessed this first hand at my branch with a fellow employee) -Very poor training given to employees newly hired or promoted. Sink or Swim method used. -You will feel overwhelmed in your position at this company, and little to no help will be given to you.

Job security. There is job security because they under staff. They have decent benefits, pension, incentive bonus, and Christmas bonus.

Cons

Base salary. The base salary is well below industry average. The work load too much. The expectations increase almost daily. It is the point that you almost feel set up to fail. There is a big disconnect between upper management and employees. There is very high turnover because people get experience and leave for more pay.
