      Stressful Environment~ Get Experience then Get Out!

      -Job Security -Multiple raises and bonuses which were generous -Good supervisors & co-workers

      Cons

      -No formal training. You will be thrown into taking claims quickly. -Customers can be difficult. Be prepared to be yelled at all day. -High volume of claims with not much help from management -Stressful, fast-paced environment, overworked at times

      Great People, Not Great Pay

      Pros

      The people are real and it's nearly impossible to mess up hard enough to get fired.

      Cons

      The pay is comparable to a non-profit and not a fortune 500 company. They talk about how well they are doing with policies on a weekly basis but you won't see the benefits. They will ask you to do more and more without appropriate compensation.
