      Corporate and slow, but stable

      Pros

      Never worried about being laid off, management is communicative about issues before they threaten your job, pay is stable, decent health benefits paid for by the company.

      Cons

      Very stuffy and corporate in many ways, frequent meetings that could have been emails, slow to move and adopt new practices, pay is below average and increases slowly.

      Paid Well - Everyone is Miserable

      Pros

      Generous with raises and bonuses in my experience but depends heavily on your direct manager

      Cons

      Adjusters had horrible work life balance - those who were able to keep up with everything worked 70hr weeks. Most quit after 2 years because they can't handle it anymore.
