      Pros

      I haven't had any negative experiences, but I do feel underpaid for the experience and education I have. Since I have very minimal experience I've been learning a lot, but just stay for the experience and hop somewhere else once you get it.

      No cons just low pay

      Pros

      Training, people, 37.5 hour work week, great starting place to get into the industry. You can leave your work at work

      Cons

      Salary is sorely behind the market despite other add ons (pension, health care costs, PTO, Christmas bonus, profit sharing, etc.). Limited advancement opportunities unless you want to move around the country.
