Stepping stone, not a forever home.

Pros

The role itself was meaningful and fulfilling, and I enjoyed the core responsibilities of the position.

Cons

I experienced a consistently high workload without adequate compensation. I also observed significant disparities in pay and workload between myself and male colleagues, which was disappointing and demotivating. Additionally, the training and onboarding process were insufficient, leaving me underprepared and contributing to a feeling of being set up to fail.

Good company but needs to make some changed

-The people I work with -Pension plan -Leave -Health Insurance -Work from home - nevermind that is changing

Cons

-2 to 3% raises with no cost of living -Cost of healthcare insurance -They promote people who don't deserve it. -Work from home being taken away -Opportunities only for those who don't deserve it. -Make it so all positions can work remotely from another branch!! It's not fair that the same jobs under different managers allow it and some don't. It should be across the board. -Low morale among employees due to low pay, not much for raises nor cost of living increases even though we are a multi billion dollar company!
