      - Work from home program is three days a week - Time off - Coworkers

      Cons

      - Little to no incentives - Base salary is 35% less than the industry standard - They would rather watch you walk out the door, than pay you what you’re worth - High turnover

      Pros

      Great place to gain experience and take elsewhere for better pay and opportunities. Potential bonuses.

      Cons

      There is little to no incentive for experienced underwriters. They say that bonuses are a perk, but these are not guaranteed. In the amount of time I was there, the increases didn’t keep up with the starting pay that I was offered with multiple other companies.
