      Slow and steady.

      Pros

      Consistent. No layoffs ever. Chances to grow in role and across divisions. Friendly team atmosphere. Celebrates the people. 37.5 hour week.

      Cons

      Slow to adopt change. Flexibility can be hard to get depending on management. Salaries aren’t the highest, and once you’ve been around for a while, increases begin to slow.

      The culture is one of looking out for the employees and not micromanaging you. They want you to have a proper work-life balance.

      Salary is on the lower spectrum compared to what others pay.
