      Nice out of college

      Pros

      There are a lot of people, and they will hire out of college. It is working for them as a company as a strategy. You will get to work on a variety of different projects.

      Cons

      Being that they hire out of college the compensation is lower than the industry. It is a good way to get in and get experience in software.

      Work here is very consistent, low stress, and stable. The pay is good for the work needed.

      Cons

      The pay is low for the average Compute Science degree position. Salary growth is slow, even as an excelling associate.
