Pros

As some would have fear of the unknown and making a career change, I have to say that I quickly realized that this was a good move. * able to speak to anyone in company - open door policy * Weekly full company calls with open dialogue for all departments * Consistent Communication keeping everyone in the know * unlimited time off with best in class, work life, and benefits

Pros

The positive celebrations of the work being done here at AutoFi is contagious. The transparency here is so refreshing. No silos. No Egos. If you like collaboration, support, insight and a "roll up the sleeves" attitude this could be the right place for you.
