Inclusive environment, fantastic benefits, HR Team that really cares. They value work life balance. Hands down best company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Great company with friendly, talented, and passionate people. Flexible time-off. Full remote-work. No micro-management. The software they build is impressive and making a huge impact in the automotive e-commerce space. Overall great tech startup company to work for with a bright future ahead of it!

Cons

As with any other startup company, you may have to wear more than one hat at times as the company continues to grow and experience change. The pay is competitive, but the cost for the family healthcare plan is a little higher than usual.
