Pros

The business is growing, the team is amazing, and it's exciting to be part of a real startup. Team members are all down to earth and hard working. I'd definitely recommend the company to my friends.

Cons

Start-ups mean hard work, but that's the fun of it as well!

Fully remote, yearly on site summit in New Orleans, entry level positions available

Cons

Constant organizational changes within the last 2 years has lowered morale and created a distrust in leadership. The company used to have a great work culture but recent changes have made it like any other startup that’s going under - overworked, underpaid, no clear understanding of where we’re headed

Solid product and great teammates. Company is working to be the main disruptor in the industry.

Cons

Being a young company sometimes the directions change rapidly. Sometimes that is good and sometimes it’s not. This can make it difficult to focus and maintain momentum. These things however are typical for a start up company who is finding their way.
