Pros
Hire from within, goal of being more inclusive to LGBTQIA+, Moms, POC, focusing on growth and goals for each employee.
Cons
Lack of documentation, information, contact details for external parties for day to day support. Running ahead while forgetting to document tribal knowledge. Weekly all hands is too much for teams, would make more sense to have wider scale company announcements and the Dealer Success Teams to have their own meeting. Not much responsibility for the company if a dealership wants to make a change to their site on a weekend of after coverage hours end.
