      Cons

      No opportunity for growth. Managers do not want to deal with losing people and hiring new ones so they will basically force you to stay at the same job forever or quit.

      Pay is good, and they are good with time off. Good group of people as well

      Sometimes you do not have the resources you need, and working with the public has its own challenges.
