Pros

Great car purchasing for employees

Cons

Pay is bad, they hit everyone’s pay if one person in the store has bad CSI, they don’t pay spiffs, no holiday parties, they’re CRM is terrible and they know it’s bad. They want reports all the time and are always calling for meetings or certification which takes you away from actually selling cars. They are just a large corporation they figured something out but they turn great stores into good stores

Very flexible schedule, ideal for somebody that is going to school or just want to start his career at a dealership in the service department.

Cons

Very limited time off, no salary increased, work on weekends.
