      None. At least you are not unemployed

      No work life balance Horrible pay Rude unapproachable managers Dead end as dead end can be They do not care about you. They only care about making money and lie to customers about needed repairs because they are paid to lie and sell minimum amount of services monthly in order to get paid. As an honest person I need to be able to sleep at night this entire company from corporate to its dealerships are all lying crooks.

Management creates tension instead of resolving it, which negatively affects morale and productivity. Promises about growth and advancement were not honored. Concerns raised professionally were met with intimidation rather than support. Overall, the work environment felt hostile and disorganized, making it difficult to succeed or feel valued.
