Cons

pay sucks, long hours, no overtime (if you work over 40 hrs they want you to manipulate your hours to reflect 40 hrs or work off the clock) and some managers are poor leaders and horrible at communication.

HR and Talent Acquisition leadership need to take a hard look at their current structure. There are VPs, Directors, and Managers in place who are not operating at the level their roles require, and it’s having a noticeable impact on the function.
