Cons

Supervisors rarely communicate unless it’s to correct or silence the team, such as telling employees to stop talking or stop expressing concerns. Leadership appears uninformed or disconnected, often giving unclear or contradictory direction. Workload is inconsistent, resulting in being forced to take excessively long (sometimes 2-hour) lunches due to a lack of incoming work from stores. Frequent early send-homes for the same reason, which affects hours and overall pay. Upper management often speaks down to billers, creating a discouraging work environment. Write-ups are issued without prior warning or coaching, leaving employees feeling blindsided and unsupported.
