Pros

The pay is decent and the people can be nice. If you don't speak out against anything, you'll survived. If your Hispanic, you will have no problems moving up the Corporate ladder within IT, your chances are better if you're Cuban and more so if your a Cuban female.

Cons

The company is plagued with poor management from the CIO, to the Director, down to Managers. Even HR is a joke. Your more likely to move-up and stay employed if you have sexual relations with someone in management and trust me as a female you will experience some form of sexual harassment. Unfortunately, there isn't much cross training as no one want to provide you with any knowledge as fear that you might steal their position. Promotion is not based on merit but on who you slept with, how well you can kiss butt and where you were born. Policies are also created on the spot to affect individuals rather than a team or the company. There is a lot of "you rub my back and I'll rub yours" along with "I got your back if you have mines." If your not in the circle, you may be left out in the cold. A lot of micro-management. Too many to continue

Pros

people are great to work with

Cons

Have made less every year for the past 5 years, They will rearange your pay so you make less. Even though they say they are giving you a raise. Management is not allowed to disagree with corporate even if the idea is not good.

Pros

Decent compensation. Can get time off when needed. Coworkers are nice.

Cons

When a new "action plan" is created it last for a week or so and then it is gone. Managers act like they are there to help you, but not really. The training process that is so organized is not there. If you have never sold cars before you could be in trouble here. Also I at times find it hard to be in the grey area that they are always pushing us to.
